Patrick Argus McGinlay is a sitting member of Victoria's Legislative Assembly. He is one of the new breed of young Parliamentarians who live a post-millennial life and understand the concerns of the young, 21st-century, digital-age constituent.

Although Patrick is aware that some of the youth electorate considers politicians and the political process "uncool", Patrick is down with the streetz, and wants to tell all his young homies that, like it or not, politicians are the very cogs in the chain of Australian democracy, and as a proud representative of the Legislative Assembly, he will fight for your right to live as a free, exciting member of Generation Next, whether you're into tagging or not.
